  1. Eligibility

  2. This promotion is open to tier 4 loyalty members only ("Eligible Members"). To qualify as a tier 4 loyalty member, you must have accumulated 5,000+ XP in accordance with the Gymshark loyalty terms and conditions available at https://support.gymshark.com/en-US/pages/loyalty-terms-and-conditions. You must qualify as a tier 4 loyalty member by 25 February 2026.

  3. This promotion is only available to residents of the United States of America and not available to staff of Gymshark Ltd, Gymshark USA Inc, or any of their group companies.

  4. Promotion period

This promotion is valid for qualifying purchases made by Eligible Members from 7:00pm (GMT) on 26 February 2026 until 11:59pm on 5 March 2026 (the "Promotion Period") and is available online only.

  1. Qualifying purchase

  2. Eligible Members will receive a single use discount code which can be redeemed on a qualifying purchase with Gymshark (the "Discount Code").

  3. To make a qualifying purchase, Eligible Members must:

  4. apply the Discount Code at checkout; and

  5. purchase at least one (1) item from the Whitney x Adapt Animal collection launched on 26 February 2026.

  6. Qualifying purchases do not include products with sale discounts.

  7. Returned items will be refunded in accordance with Gymshark's standard Returns Policy available at https://support.gymshark.com.

  8. Discount Code

  9. Only one Discount Code per Eligible Member during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made.

  10. The Discount Code can be used only once per Eligible Member and will be distributed to via email, push notifications and in-app message.

  11. The Discount Code may be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotional code, or discount code.

  12. Eligible Members must ensure their contact preferences allow receipt of marketing communications.

  13. Discount Code cannot be used to purchase gift cards or vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  16. Gymshark reserves the right to:

  17. decline to accept orders where, in its reasonable opinion, a Discount Code is invalid for the order being placed or is the subject of improper use or fraudulent activity;

  19. change these terms and conditions at any time on reasonable notice.
