Good for walking, not for a lot of movement
I love the pockets on the leggings and the fit is true to size (i'm a 29-30" waist a medium is a good fit, however they are not good for a lot of movement. If you're going to be dancing or doing lots of jumps, burpees etc I recommend a thicker pair of leggings however day to day wear or walking is good. I have noticed that the more expensive the l...

Squat proof, not super high waisted
Comfy fabric to move in. Fits w around the legs/ thighs. But not a particularly high waist cut (I’m 173cm/ 5’8 and they sit right on/ under belly button), so for me tends to slip down a little.
