Comfortable but poor quality?

Love the sleeves, feel of the fabric and doesn't trap heat while I work out. However, it was disappointing that I only wore it twice and the seam between the chest and shoulders already have a small hole (I don't have a large chest). OK for the discounted price but not OK for full price at $65.

Small sizing

Did it shrink in transit? It's tiny and this is a M, a size up from my usual S. Fabric is nice though.
