Great for running, but slightly flawed.
Very good running vest which allows air to circulate and keep you cool with no chaffing. There is one slight flaw. Even though the vest shape is cut loosely, due to the lack of elasticity in the material used (no stretch of 'give') the vest can become incredibly hard to remove in sweaty conditions after a long run.
