You get what you pay for.
I didn't understand the comments about it not having a finger guard; there is a place to put your fingers through. The material quality seems quite good. I couldn't understand the 1-star reviews. However, if you compare it to very high-quality and expensive products, you might be disappointed. You get what you pay for.
