Beanie is nothing like what looks like online I ordered a plain black beanie and a black beanie with massive white letters all over it not what I ordered

A beanie unlike whatI ordered.
I did not receive the beanie shown here. It took two weeks to arrive and then I got a black and white beanie with white letters on the entire hat that spelled Gymshark. There was an s, a g and an h in no order. The band spelled Gymshark. No one in my family wanted the beanie and now I am having trouble returning it.
