Can't Wear Them for Anything

I purchased these leggings while searching for ones that won't fall down when running. I tried them on once before receiving them as a Christmas gift. When I tried them on, they felt compressive around my legs and the elastic on the waist felt like it would keep the leggings up. Wow was I wrong! Even just walking or standing around for a few minute...
