Faulty shoulder strap buckle/clip

I bought this bag just 8 months ago and the buckle for the belt attachment snapped today spontaneously. Its basically impossible to carry the on your shoulder now, making it loose significant functionality. Buckle/clip was not very durable, I expected better.

They're decent

Decent bag, material too thin, the straps don't stay at their length. The outer mesh pocket can't be used for water bottles or shaker cups. The straps don't stay adjusted and the whatever length the end user sets it at. The zippers are light duty and the loops in the zipper tabs, don't seem quite sturdy enough to be pulled on.
