Cuanto más participes, más ventajas desbloquearás. Y cuanto más avances en los niveles, mejores beneficios obtendrás.
¿Qué es XP?
Básicamente, son puntos de experiencia. Esto no suena tan increíble así que los denominaremos XP en tu cuenta.
Cuanta más XP ganes, mejores ventajas desbloquearás. El objetivo es aumentar tu XP y avanzar progresivamente en tu camino a través de los niveles. No podrás gastar estos puntos, pero se sumarán a tu estatus de nivel. Niveles más altos = mayores recompensas.
¿Cómo gano XP?
La cantidad de XP que obtendrás variará en función de lo que hagas. Por ejemplo:

¿Qué pasa con los pedidos que hice antes de Gymshark Loyalty?
Si te inscribes en Loyalty antes del 31 de mayo del 2025, los pedidos que ya hayas realizado durante 2024 se convertirán en XP y se añadirán a tu total. Genial.

¿Perderé mi XP si hago una devolución?
Como los XP se ganan en función de lo que gastes, se te restarán puntos si devuelves una prenda. Sin embargo, si tu pedido te hizo subir a un nuevo nivel, los puntos que te restamos por la devolución no te harán bajar al nivel anterior. Eso significa que seguirás conservando todas tus nuevas recompensas y ventajas de nivel, así como tu reluciente nuevo estatus de nivel.
