What a busy start to 2018 it’s been.

In the space of three months, we’ve conquered LA, disrupted Melbourne, and from our point of view, launched two of our most successful pop-up stores to date.

We have to say, we couldn’t have done it without you.

However, we won’t lie, we’re ready for a little bit of rest and what perfect timing than to zonk out on World Sleep Day?

You heard us right… there’s an entire day associated to sleeping. Brace yourself.

Since March 15th is World Sleep Day, we thought we’d share some facts about, well, sleep.

- We spend a third of our life sleeping – that’s about 27 years…

- Regular exercise helps to improve your sleep pattern.

- Finding it hard to get out of bed in the morning is actually a real condition called dysania. We knew we weren’t just going through that ‘teenager phase’.

- 12% of people worldwide dream entirely in black and white.

Your sleep is just as important as feeling fit. So, next time you’re feeling sluggish, don’t ignore it - go for a cat nap and take a well-deserved lie in at the weekend.
