Fellow grime artists Dave and Headie One teamed up to bring us this brand new track in 2019, and we're huge fans. It has a heavy beat, raw British grime lyrics and a top quality feature from Dave, of whom had a stellar 2018 - think collaborations with the likes of Drake, and a chart-topping track (we've all heard Funky Friday).

This is the perfect track to get you in the zone, ideal for chasing the pump.

MK, Jonas Blue & Becky Hill - Back & Forth

If you didn't hear this track near the end of 2018, where have you been? A classic dance beat, with a high-tempo dance beat, uplifting, feel-good vocals and catchy lyrics. This collaboration by MK featuring Jonas Blue & Becky Hill hit #32 on the Billboard 100, sure to be a future dance classic and the perfect song to accompany your cardio/HIIT workout.

Sheck Wes - Mo Bamba

Sheck Wes dropped one of the best workout songs of 2018, with its simplistic hook, aggressive lyrics and a beat that drops harder than Soulja Boys career. Mo Bamba is a weights-room-ready track that will have you lifting a new PB in no time.

Need something heavy AF for when you walk through that gym door? Yeah!? We got you. All the way from 2009, this progressive metal track will take you from CBA to DTG (down to gym) in no time.
