Train for Life: Ryan Terry


In this video Ryan explains how he is currently pushing himself physically, and mentally. 

Due to an injury when he was younger, Ryan was unable to continue gymnastics, swimming and football for eight weeks, causing him to gain weight. He explains how the gym became a way to build his confidence, and improve his fitness. 

Ryan Terry provides a look in to his world, and why he continues to push himself that little bit further, in order to reach his goal.
