In case you haven’t heard, an egg is currently the most liked photo on Instagram.
Yes, an egg.
And look, here at Gymshark, we don’t discriminate against our egg friends.
In fact, the egg in said Instagram post is pretty darn lovely.
Not only that, but eggs are a great source of protein and there’s so much you can do with them…
So, as we are currently in the midst of Gymshark 66, and in celebration of this momentous occasion, we figured a healthy scrambled egg recipe would suffice.
This is no yolk…
Crack eggs into a dish and whisk the eggs to break up the yolks completely.
Add the milk to the egg mixture, followed by the black pepper. Whisk the mixture!
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt some coconut oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the heated pan, stir the egg mixture continuously as it cooks. (Use a wooden spoon just to avoid scratching the pan).
Add the spinach to the pan when the eggs begin to scramble.
Continue cooking the eggs and spinach until the spinach wilts and you’re happy with the consistency of the eggs!
