THE FIRST STEP IS TO SIGN UP: The first time you open the app, you'll be prompted to either log in with your existing Gymshark account details or register for an account.
YOU'LL THEN BE PROMPTED TO ANSWER A FEW QUESTIONS: To get started, the app will have you select your gender, your birthday and whether you prefer to track your weights in KG, OR LBS... all the nitty-gritty info that helps us tailor your experience on the Gymshark Conditioning App.

1: CREATE YOUR OWN WORKOUTS
When you need a training routine that suits your goals, your fitness level and your lifestyle, put yourself in charge: your exercises, your sets, your reps. The custom workout feature is designed to be flexible with you.
Customise your very own training plan, and then focus on putting in the work.
HOW TO USE:
There's 3 simple steps...
1: 'Create Plan' - this is where you set your goals that you wish to accomplish ie. build muscle, increase strength, develop speed and agility.
2: 'Add Workout' - this is where you build your workouts that contribute towards your goal ie. functional, push, HIIT.
3: 'Add Exercises' - here's where you get specific and choose which exercises you'll include within your workout.
From this point on...
• Simply add in the weight and reps you complete for each set - aiming to beat your previous - before hitting 'Complete Set'.
• Once you've completed your entire workout, hit 'Finish Workout' to ensure your hard work is saved.
2: HOW TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Making progress is a challenge, but tracking progress doesn't have to be. We'll put your entire workout history in one place, making it easier to track your progress, hit your PBs and unlock your potential. It's time to set your new goals.
HOW TO USE:
• Once you've finished your workout, you can view a summary of your session and add personal notes - i.e. what you want to focus on and improve next time.
• From there, head to the 'Progress' tab to view your PBs and compare your latest workouts to monitor your progress every rep of the way.
3: FOLLOW AN ATHLETE WORKOUT PLAN
Bored of your own workout routine or in need of some fresh inspiration? Choose the athlete you want to train with and reap the rewards from their expertise and exclusive training tips.
HOW TO USE:
• 1: 'Select Athlete' - this is where you decide who you want to push you to your limits and help you reach new PBs.
• 2: 'Select Plan' - they're specialists within their field for good reason; listen to their expertise and choose the plan that suits your goals.
• 3: 'Select Workout' - each plan is made up of a variety of workouts so that you can get specific when working towards your goals.
• 4: 'Start Workout' - now it's time to workout - take on board your athlete's key tips and get started with their exercises.
