Sissy, Gymshark Women Athlete and face of France bring together a community of almost 2 million people, following the same passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. 

Sharing her experience of training and her knowledge of nutrition, from her biological engineering with a specialization in nutrition background, she motivates and educates through her videos and training program.

“For too long now people have been saying that weight lifting was only made for men and that women should not try to build muscle or get stronger. What if beauty and femininity were much more than just the way we look? What if it was something more than just our appearances? I truly believe that beauty is about the relationship we have with our bodies and how we take care of ourselves - mentally and physically. For years now, I have been working on becoming the best version of myself, trying to be stronger every-day, both physically and mentally. I don’t pay attention to people’s opinions about me anymore. I do not chase perfection. I am proud of what I’ve become, and this is something everyone can do.”

TRAINING PROGRAMME

6 months of training: in the gym, all exercises are illustrated, you will be walked through each session by Sissy. 

3 training blocks: allowing you to get comfortable in the gym, master your form and perform safely. Giving you alternatives and different level options so you can push yourself and progress at your own pace.

Build your curves: sculpt your silhouette: get the defined and sculpted body you want, with a combination of weight lifting and HIIT sessions.

"Durant trop longtemps, on a tenté de nous faire croire que la musculation était réservé aux homme, que les femmes n’avaient pas le droit d’être musclé, et surtout, pas le droit d’être puissantes. Et si la beauté se trouvait plutôt dans la façon dont nous appréhendons notre corps et prenons soin de notre esprit ? Depuis plusieurs années, je deviens la meilleure version de moi-même, et je suis chaque jour plus forte que la veille. Mentalement mais aussi physiquement. TROIS PHASES DE TRAINING PROGRESSIVES pour prendre ses marques, maîtriser les exercices, intensifier, varier les techniques et aller au bout de soi.
