It might be hard to believe, but last week was the final GSHQ staff challenge for Gymshark 66.
Over the past 9 weeks, we have undertaken 9 different challenges all with one goal in mind - to help us become better and happier versions of ourselves. They have not all been easy, but each week the staff here at GSHQ have worked hard to smash each and every challenge, whether it be hitting a 15,000 daily step goal, or expressing gratitude.
For the final week, we are mixing things up again. Rather than this week's challenge focusing on improving ourselves, instead we've been challenged to help others.
Last, but certainly not least, week 9 is random act of kindness week.
