It's time to mix things up.
The past 7 weeks GSHQ staff have been undertaking different challenges each and every week all in the name of Gymshark 66, and this week is no different. In true Gymshark 66 style, this challenge has really pushed us out of our comfort zone.
Well, it has for the meat eaters around the office.
That's right, we have ditched the meat and gone vegetarian or vegan for the week.
Chicken has been replaced with tofu, and quinoa has become a staple around the office. We have spent week 8 experimenting in the kitchen whipping up meat-free meals that are macro friendly and good enough to satisfy even the most avid of meat eaters.
