Another week completed. It's the GSHQ internal Gymshark 66 Challenge and we've officially reached the end of week 7. We'd be lying if we said it hasn't been tough...
This week, rather than hitting up the gym and being challenged to hit a PB, our challenge has been a lot, lot more chilled. Nowadays, staying fit and healthy is a lot more than just pushing yourself at the gym - it's vital to make sure that we're giving our bodies enough time to rest and recover.
Introducing week 7's challenge: sleep for at least 8 hours a night.
From improved concentration, to reduced stress levels and the regulation of hormones - getting 8 hours sleep a night has been proven to provide a copious amount of health benefits.
So, whether it's counting sheep, cutting down on caffeine, or spending less time on our phones, the GSHQ staff have been trying loads of weird and wonderful ways to get more sleep...
