How do you like the new Gymshark HQ?

Amazing. I actually really like the materials, I like how raw it is and I've always liked an open setting. I've always liked a lot of glass, you can't go wrong with a lot of light. You guys have really got it right.

Because you saw the other HQ, didn't you?

Yeah, I haven't been to many other offices, nothing this nice. This just has a completely different vibe.

I think it just brings people together way more. I think it's a space that suits so many people because it has so many different environments that people want. Something social, something quieter. It's rare to find that.

Do you have any exciting plans or projects coming up that you want to tell people about?

I love travelling, so I'll be doing a lot more of that. I'm off to Cyprus next week and I find it hard to travel anywhere without taking content. I used to be such a light traveller, but now all my bags are like 50 kilos full of cameras, laptops, more bags…

Something I really want to do is cycle across the US for charity, hopefully raising awareness about fuelling your body to perform. It's really important. A lot of people restrict themselves to achieve results, but it's often the moment we start fuelling properly that we have the best outcome.

Which Gymshark product are you most looking forward to releasing?

Anything ombre, I just love ombre. I absolutely love the bikinis, I can't wait until everyone else can get their hands on them. The back is so simple, but so cute!

What is your favourite Gymshark outfit at the moment? In, or out, of the gym…

I love the ombre, but it's so hard to choose. I love the Chalk Pink/Beet Marl ombre! I really like styling the Deep Teal Marl/Ice Blue Marl Ombre set with the Sea Foam Green Marl Cropped Raw Edge Hoodie and some white trainers.

Lastly… Would you rather always have to say everything on your mind, or never speak again?

Probably never speak again. That's such a good question. Speak everything on my mind? I think there's a lot you can still learn by being silent, whereas if I was always talking I'd miss the opportunity to learn from others.
