We’ve all been there. You begin your new training regime, and you see gains left, right and centre. After a few weeks though it starts to slow down. Luckily, there are ways to reset your body, so you can smash through the plateau
What do you think of the new GSHQ?
It’s crazy cool! I was expecting this question… it’s so nice. The place, the people – everything is done so you don’t actually have to feel like you’re working. You feel at home. You can just come in, train, eat, everything is here!
Did you see the old HQ?
(Definitely not missing out there)
Do you have any exciting plans or projects coming up that you want to tell people about?
Myself and my associate over there *points to friend currently filming us… (in a non-weird way)* we are running a personal trainer education course which we are launching on the 19th of May! So very soon. Apart from that, doing some sky diving in July and then travelling back to Asia around September/October.
Are you trained in sky diving then?
Yeah! Almost 100 jumps, 89 to be accurate! Once you get to 100 you have the right to film yourself, so my YouTube content is about to blow up! Very exciting.
Which Gymshark product are you most looking forward to releasing?
I absolutely loved the Steve Cook range. It was so strong, I’m wearing it right now! But there’s so many crazy cool things coming.
What is your favourite Gymshark outfit to train in?
I actually harassed Clementine (Sponsorship Executive) to find me the red base layer, because red is my absolute favourite colour… She found it for me! The very last one. I haven’t seen it yet, so I’m very much looking forward to that.
Lastly... would you rather always have to say everything on your mind, or never speak again?
Everything on my mind. That’s what I try to do anyway for my Social Media, YouTube, even my Instagram. I have been shouting, cursing, crying on my YouTube channel, I am very genuine and authentic.
Thank you, Antoine!
Check back next week, you never know who it may be…
