Before we get in to this, remember, our Gymshark pop-up stores are always free.
No ticket needed.
Throughout the day, you may be approached by a friendly looking face, usually this person will be from GSHQ.
We may interview you, ask you a couple of questions, or just generally get to know you a little - please do not be alarmed! We're pretty nice :)
We’ve given you the dates.

We’ve even given you the Facebook Live information.
Now it’s time to reveal the full athlete roster and schedule.
So, here you go;
Saturday AM 10AM – 2PM
Saturday PM 2PM – 6PM
Not only will you get to meet your favourite athletes, you can head on over to a seminar with them. So, if you fancy training MMA with Owen Roddy, or deadlifting with David Laid and Steve Cook, you may want to check out the times below;
10:00 – 11:00 – Deadlift with David Laid & Lex Griffin
11:00 – 13:00 – Competition Time with Rebecca Sills, Sian Walton & Lauren Findley
13:30 – 14:00 – Open Workout with Darren Till
14:00 – 15:00 – Bench with Steve Cook & Ryan Terry
15:00 – 17:00 – Train MMA with Owen Roddy
Sunday AM 10AM-1PM
Sunday PM 1PM-5PM
10:00 – 11:00 – Squat with Krissy Cela & Karina Elle
11:00 – 12:15 – Pull ups with Demi Bagby, Melissa Alcantara & Natacha Oceane
13:00 – 14:00 – Deadlift with David Laid & Lex Griffin
14:00 – 16:00 – Train MMA with Owen Roddy
Please be aware, shopping times are from 11AM on Sunday the 22nd, but you can meet the athletes from 10AM.
So, Saturday the 21st of July until Sunday the 22nd, we'll see you there?
