This would not be possible without the incredible people who work daily to ensure you receive just that.
They work round the clock to provide advice, information and even a little bit of emotional support at times. They’re hard-working, diligent, and committed to helping the wonderful Gymshark community.
We decided it was best to sit down with just three people from our Customer Support team, so you can get to know them a little better…
What is your job role within the Customer Support team?
Hannah: “I work on social, so, Facebook, Twitter”
Jack: “I work on tickets, so any emails we get”
Havana: “I work on Live Chat, so anyone that comes on the website we’re in the bottom corner”
Lovely! And how long have you been working for Gymshark?
Hannah: “Just under eight months”
Jack: “I’m pushing a year now”
Havana: “And I’ve been here just over six months now”
Any embarrassing or funny stories?
Hannah: “Oh, I’ve got one for Jack. When that guy on Live Chat asked for your picture to be removed!”
Jack: “Oh. Basically, when your name and picture pops up in the corner for Live Chat, I had a selfie on there, and someone on Live Chat said; “can you take his picture down, I don’t want to look at it.” He was like “I don’t want Jack to be staring at me while I’m shopping.” It was a semi decent picture as well! So that’s embarrassing.”
If you had a time machine, where would you go?
Hannah: “This is so lame but… I would go back in time to a Michael Jackson concert, because I always wanted to see one!”
If you were invisible, what would you do?
Jack: “Get on a plane and go to Barbados…”
But you can do that when you’re not invisible?
“Yeah but I can’t afford it.”
What are you most grateful for?
Havana: “Literally, it sounds so cringey, but to have a job here and to have opportunities. I never thought I would work here – every day I just love it. Hashtag FanGirl!”
