It’s finally December and the start of our BLOGMAS GIVEAWAY-A-DAY!

For our first BLOGMAS post we have the perfect Christmas gift for you. 

No, it's not chocolate (we're sorry)

Instead we have created a 25-day workout plan to help you keep smashing your goals throughout the festive period. 

Days 1-12

Day 1: LOWER

• 10 goblet squats

• Donkey kicks (12 each leg)

• Side lunges (6 each side)

• Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)

1-minute rest, repeat 4 times.


Day 2: UPPER

• 8 Push ups

• 8 Tricep dips

• Commandos (10 each arm)

• Plank taps (10 each arm)

1-minute rest, repeat 4 times.


Day 3: CARDIO

• Burpees

• Mountain Climbers

• In-out squats

• Jumping Lunges

30 secs on, 30 secs off. 1 min in between each set. Repeat 4 times.


Day 4: ABS

• 10 Plank oblique twists

• 8- 10 Leg lifts

• 20-30 seconds Plank hold

• 10 Crunches

1-minute rest, repeat 4 times.


Day 5: REST DAY

Day 6: LOWER

• Lateral walks (12 each side)

• 12 Stiff leg Deadlift

• Bulgarian split squats (8 each side)

• Curtsy lunges (8 each side)

1-minute rest, repeat 4 times.


Day 7: UPPER

• 8 Wide grip press up

• 12 Resistance band hammer curls

• 8 Resistance band sitting rows

• 10 Inchworms

1-minute rest, repeat 4 times.


Day 8: CARDIO

• Hurdle jumps

• Jumping squats

• High knees

• Jumping jacks

30 secs on, 30 secs off. 1 min in between each set. Repeat 4 times.


Day 9: ABS

• 12 Plank oblique twists

• 12 Leg lifts

• 12 Plank jumps

• 15 Crunches

1-minute rest, repeat 4 times.


Day 10: REST DAY

Day 11: LOWER

• 15 Goblet squats

• Donkey kicks (15 each leg)

• Side lunges (8 each side)

• Mountain Climbers (45 seconds)

1-minute rest, repeat 4 times.


Day 12: UPPER

• 12 Push ups

• 12 Tricep dips

• Commandos (12 each arm)

• Plank taps (12 each arm)

1-minute rest, repeat 4 times.
