Looking for a bit of structure to help you achieve your full potential? Han from Wellness and Wander has got you sorted.
As Christmas is fast-approaching we understand you will not be frequenting the gym as often as you may do usually.
It’s fiiiine, we get it.
So, for those days when you are staying at home eating all the cheese (ALL the cheese), we have a few ways for you to spend your day in a very merry way.
Eating all the food
Eat all of it, and do NOT feel bad.
That cheese board with the melty, gooey camembert you know deserves warm crusty bread dipped in to it - just do it.
Do it for all of us.
Is anyone else drooling? Just us? Ok…
Buy it. Make it. Do whatever the heck you want with it, but for the love of Christmas, just have some mulled wine.
It’s practically fruit.
Movies, movies and more movies
At Christmas it is totally acceptable to veg out in front of the T.V. in your jammies until 3pm.
And whilst you’re doing that, we suggest watching as many Christmas movies as possible, to give you all the festive feels.
In need of some suggestions? Check out our article on the best Christmas films of all time, right here.
Spend it with the people you love
We hate to get all corny on you, but seriously, Christmas is that time of year when you should surround yourself with everyone you love.
Oh, and don’t you dare let anyone tell you have had enough mince pies.
You do not need that kind of negativity in your life.
