Categories

It is time for the second instalment of our 10 fitness and nutrition podcasts you need to start listening to.

If you missed numbers 1 to 5, you can catch up here

All caught up? Good. Let’s get started.

Mindpump: Raw Fitness Truth

As with the podcasts we previously mentioned, Mindpump: Raw Fitness Truth aims to uncover the truth behind fitness and nutritional trends and separate the rubbish from the reality.

Mindpump has been going a long time and has built itself a solid reputation of being a no BS, science-backed podcast. There’s a lot of episodes so take your pick and enjoy!

Muscle for Life

If you’re looking for tips on how to smash your fitness goals safely and effectively, then look no further than Mike Matthew’s Muscle for Life podcast.

Each episode gives top tips on all different aspects of fitness and shares real life, relatable anecdotes that will help you whatever hurdle you want to overcome – whether it by gymtimidation or hitting your next squat PR.

Bulletproof Radio

Now, Bulletproof Radio might not be a strictly fitness or nutrition related podcast. However, it has secured a spot in our top 10 recommended due to host Dave Asprey’s reviews of health and the human body.

He also has some pretty cool guests including biochemists, nutritionists and meditation experts.

The Food Medic

You might have seen The Food Medic, Dr. Hazel Wallace over on Instagram. Just like her Insta grid, The Food Medic Podcast is full of useful information on nutrition and training facts (and fiction!).

If you’re looking for more information on how what you put in your body is affecting it, then this is the podcast for you.

The BodyLove Project

You had us at BodyLove!

Apart from being very suitable named, dietician, PT and intuitive eating counsellor, Jessi Haggerty’s podcasts offer insight into body positivity, self-acceptance and fitness.

The BodyLove Project is a reminder that health and fitness are not exclusive and that our current diet culture is not all that it might seem.

Give this podcast a listen over breakfast and start your day on a high.

That’s a wrap!
